Any way to save one frame?

I need to use the animation timeline to get a dForce simulation into the right state, but the resultant file saves the simulation status for every intermediate frame, vastly bloating file sizes. Is there any way to delete all frames prior to the last one and save only that state? I realize if I have to re-simulate I'll have to go back through the process again.

It is a question which has been asked often and something that many have requested (including myself, several times):

This works perfectly .. at least for my requirements
Take care to save as a new file !
This chnages the default pose, however, which is not desirable - and I don't see how it is any less work than saving a single-frame pose preset and applying that to cleared figure.
Just export the dForce garment on the last frame to obj, clear the simulation, and import obj back to the garment as a delta morph and dial it 100%, then go for a quick saving... Is this that OP wanna get?
