Help with install manager

Hello!

I re-downloaded install manager after a change of hardware, and now I cannot seem to find where I do the settings where the downloads shall end up. 

Formerly., I had directed the installed downloads as well as the zipped packages to an external desk where I could keep track of it all. Now everything has ended up bundled together in some nonsece catalogue on C, which took me a day and a half to find.
