Sagan Alembic Exporter, animation and dforce Hair export

Hello guys,
I have 2 questions regarding the Sagan Alembic Exporter script.
- On the Export dialogue there is a Hair tab (see attached pic). I do not understand what is the purpose of this tab, I have done some testing to try to create a scalp for my figure but when I import in C4D the scalp object is exploded and messed up. Maybe I misunderstood this feature?
My goal was to export a scalp (or hair cap) object so that when I export my alembic animation I can grow hairs on it.
- If I do not use the Hair tab and just export a default Alembic animation, my figures that have a dForce hair do not import with the hairs in C4D. Even if I set the Alembic to import curves as Splines. Is there a way to make it work? Because there are some nice dForce hairs that I'd love to use with animation outside of Daz.
Thanks for your time! :)

there is a sagan thread here https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/428856/sagan-a-daz-studio-to-blender-alembic-exporter#latest
if you dont get response to your thread
Moved to Technical Help as it is a question about a script, not about writing scripts. Closed in favour of the developer's own thread.
