I had a look when you asked this earlier but didn't find anything that was a close match.

That is a promo from https://www.daz3d.com/leisa-8 - a search for that character didn't throw up any enquiries about the dress, though, so if it has been asked before (and it does seem familiar) they didn't give the product name for the source either.

Ahh, I can't remember if that was one of the ones I found but discarded as it was close but different - in this case it has a higher neck line than the promo image. I don't have that product so not sure if it has a shaping slider to drop the neckline or that was done with a cutout on a custom material.
