I'm looking for G8 figures with LED subdermal effects.  Here is one example that I'm looking for: Paige for Genesis 8 Female 3D Figure Assets LexaKiness (renderosity.com)

Do it yourself. It's just an emission map on the character. Five minutes work in any layered image editor, probably even Daz own internal image editor can do this.

I was expecting more subsurface scattering in the linked product... that looks more like a glowing surface tattoo, which shouldn't be hard to do using an emissive layer.

I was playing a bit around.

You can blur the image you use for emission, so it doesn't stand too sharp.

But I tried also to apply a geoshell with a negative offset. It will give a more suttle effect, due to the skin is now on top. Or you can combine the geoshell with emission on the surface itself.
