Do have to build it myself Prestige Business Office Bundle

Hello I have that product now my question because I am really confused because it seems that I have to build it myself I can only find the props I only get an empty office as prop, and you also have to find the stuff it's really hard to find does someone else has that product and can maybe explain it to me how it works.
