What is the precise way to duplicate a bracelet on the right wrist of a character to her left wrist?

For example, the bracelet in the package dForce Lily Holiday Outfit for Genesis 8 Female(s) | Daz 3D is on her right wrist. I want to duplicate and fit it to her left wrist (and it shuld move with the left wrist of course) so that both wrists have the same bracelet. What is the most precise way to do? There is a symmetrization option but I am not sure how to use it specifically...

    If it's a prop that loads at world centre just parent it to nothing with parent In Place on, flip the x axis on the loose prop and the y and z rotations, then parent it to the opposite forearm. If not then a bit more fiddlign may be required.
