Gym Pants for Males

I'm looking for gym pants for males (M4, G1 or G2) that appear like on the image. The pants should have collars at the above and bottom part. And the laces should come out off two tiny holes.

Closest i've seen to these are Sickle Classics Genesis: Baggy Sweats over at Rendo.

No not really...I mean Gym Rat for M4 would be closer (but not what I want) than those baggy ones, the baggy pants just have no details.
