Is Dual Lobe good for hair shaders

Hi,

Is Dual Lobe good for creating hair shaders?  All my attempts at getting a nice iRAY shader created has either left me with dull lifeless looking results or if I enable Dual Lobe I get more options but that gives me very noisy results.  I've created Glossy maps to plug in but then I'm back to lifeless looking hair.  So a bit frustrated about this.  Trying to ge a project finished but as usual iRAY is more of a PITA than 3DL for me.  Never got along with this rendering engine..... *Sigh*

    There should be a dual lope roughness, which I would increase.

    Hmmm, I'm using the iRAY Specular/Glossiness channel not the Metallicity/Roughness one!

    BUT I'm now getting the results I wanted with the Roughness channel.  I'll have a long day ahead of me redoing all my settings for my pack but thank you very much for the info!
