Deleting scripts shortcut from menu bar

I created two shorcut scripts to menu bar.

Scripts do not work.

 

How do I delete?

    Window>Workspace Customise. You can delete their entries in the Menus tab on the right, under Main Menus>Scripts, by right-click. You can also delete the custom actions themselves in the Custom group on the left, again via right-click. (dleting the actions would remove the menu items from display, but I think it leaves a relic behind in the Customise dialogue which may be confusing.)
