Eyelids messed up and wont close the eyes!

I tried to close the eyes and this happened. Not sure what is causing this, I've tried reinstalling the program but that didn't work either. Help would be much appreciated.

I assume there should be an image.

Which figure, and does it have any morphs aplied? If it does are they add-on morphs used straight, or a custom morph or multiple add-ons baked to a single morph (e.g. exported as OBJ and then loaded as a new morph)?
