http://www.daz3d.com/genesis-3-female-merchant-resource does indicate that you are being given TIF files.  These are textures that you can use to produce your textures for characters, as the description says, and may not be used for freebies/give-aways.

You can add these textures to a G3 Female through the surfaces tabs.  The TIF files can be opened in Photoshop, or other image editor, to change or add to so that you make a texture that is uniquely yours.

Thanks for your replying! I understand I need to use those tif files to change original G3 female textures.

But where I can find the original G3 female tex files? I look for all of daz3d filepackage and I can't find them.

You wouldn't touch the original G3 textures. Just apply these textures to the character in the needed slot.

Don't hunt for the original textures :) What you should do is have the merchant resources in a folder you know, and reference them in the proper surface slots for the figure. I would suggest you actually make a copy that you will modify so you can always go back to the original if you want to make a new characater skin.
