When you delete a product is it all deleted?

Hi All.

So as it says above, when I delete an item from the DS menu.

is all deleted (data, mats/textures the lat) or is it just the menu folder that is removed and all the rest is left in place, just never to be accessed again?

That deletes the database entries for the product (the metadata) - it doesn't touch the files.

So what is the best way to uninstall a product?

If it was installed through Daz Studio then right-click on the product>Uninstall. If installed through Install Manager or Daz Central then Install Manager can uninstall from its Installed tab. If you installed manually and imported the metadata then you would use the delete option you began with, and manually remove the files.
