Downloading issue with Little Nook

Purchased it, was about to use it, couldn't find it in Smart Content. Checked DIM–it wasn't under Ready to Download, Ready to Install, or Installed. Ended up downloading manually and installing with Content Wizard. It went fine, but it's weird.

    Looks like there is an error with the installation setup.

    Would suggest a ticket.

    Looks like I have the same issue. I have purchased that asset but it's not showing up in DazStudio or DIM and clicking the DIM button on the product page does not show the item as available to install.
