    It looks beautifully made but... I'd be far more likely to buy it if the modular part included the elements to put it in "new" condition.  As it is, between DAZ and Rendo, I already own nearly 20 sets of warehouses in states of heavy disrepair whereas I have only a handful that are in new, stocked and operational condition.
