Head Proportions/Scaling for realistic Female Head

Hallo Everyone,

 

i'm currently working on a Project with a 3d-printable Female Head. My issue is, that the actual Model is only ~3cm tall. 

My Question(s): 1. How can i scale the head to realistic proportions? 2. Does anyone know "realistic" proportions for a female head including neck?
