how to unfix g8's eyes 

sometimes something will not let g8's eyes move to one side, does anyone know where this could be coming from?

    Are you using an expression preset? Sometimes that overrides what you can move. Look at the currently used section of the parameters tab and see if there's any expressions or shape keys that are turned on that might be affecting the eyes. If that's not the case, I have no clue.
