Help with Z Plus Size Model Shape Preset and Poses for Genesis 8 Female

I purchased (Z Plus Size Model Shape Preset and Poses for Genesis 8 Female) 
but when I apply it to the G8 model nothing happens. 
Can anyone help me with this please.
