How can I change the skin tone of palm?

Hi. Im still new and I dont fully control the skin textures and colours, but my main issue comes when I want to create a dark skined character and their palms look the same as any other part of their skin. So far I only use the premade model for genesis8.1, but I want to create a young black character and that model wont work for it.

Palms (and soles for that matter) are part of the arms and legs texrtures. There might be tools around to change parts of textures but the obnly way I know of is to edit them in Photoshop. Even if there are tools around I'd say that this would give you the most control of what you are achieving.
