Poserecorder not working

I downloaded the program but when I run it a dialog box comes up saying downloading assets to which it never does. unusable at this point unless someone else knows a workaround

it downloads the additional  data needed for the program, since I have it installed on both my computers I cannot test unless I uninstall it and don't want to mess up my installation so am guessing the server hosting it is down, contacting customer service would be the best thing.

I haven't looked but there are probably third party python stuff, checkpoints and models etc involved as it is a type of thin plate facial capture and the EULA says you are not allowed to look into how it works anyway
