How do you make a Texture look like this?

Hi

I'm curious. Using Daz Studio Iradium 4.8 (4.8.0.59 Pro Edition; 64bit), how can I make a V6/G2F's skin texture for her body look like the The Baroness' Suit (imaged below, minus the lines and logo, of course): a skin-tight black shiny leather over-all, where it's blue and white instead of grey and white when the light shines on it? Or what product can I purchase that can simulate it? Thanks in advance.

You could use a geometry shell to do it.Select your V6 in the scene tab, then,Create > New Geometry Shell. Select the "Parent to.."  option on the popup.Give it a few moments and it will make a skin tight shell over the character.Select the shell in the scene tab, then go over to the Parameters tab and you can hide the parts of the shell you don't want covering her. Then you can apply any shader you want to the shell, car paint, leather, lace, etc, etc,,

The geo shell will work for all parts except the glovelets, which you'll need to do in another way. There are fingerless gloves like this in the DAZ store (don't ask me where, but I recall seeing them), and you might be able to find them as a freebie. Check the Freebies foum here, ShareCG, and the other usual places. Auto-fit does a pretty good job with gloves, so don't worry if the figure is for V4 or G1F. It'll likely fit okay. Use the same shader on it as you create for the shelled bodysuit.

You don't show the feet, but these may not turn out the way you want. You probably want some simple booties, rather than use the shell, which will make it look like she's wearing toe socks. No superhero wears toe socks.

"where it's blue and white instead of grey and white"

Once you decide how you are going to create the suit itself, the issue of the colour of the highlights would need to be dealt with using texture colour. In real life, those bluish highlights would only occur if the suit itself were actually glossy blue - a very smooth leather or vinyl. In other words, the colour of the suit would need to be very deep (read dark) blue. If the blue were dark enough, it would seem black, but the "blueness" should show through in the highlights. You'll need to experiment.
