Creating a mirror

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I saw someone on here said they created a mirror from a plane using just these settings 

1. Diffuse Color = Black
2. Reflection Strength = 100%

 

I can not for the life of me find either setting in the plane tab. Where can I find those settings?

    Tom2099 at Deviant Art has a freebie called "Iray car related shader presets 'megapack'"

    It has a mirror shader that I mostly use.

    That sounds like 3Delight, not Iray
