Can't download a purchase from Daz shop in Dazcentral?

Greetings people I just bought https://www.daz3d.com/now-crowd-billboards-modern-city-life but when I try to download it it simply stops after trying, I don't know if it is because it is a big file (about  15gb) but I mean wtf do I do if it wont allow me to download it, I never had problems with na

    seems like it cut my question short all I was saying at the end is that I've never had any problem like this before but that I also never had bought such a large file

    How do I do that, sorry never tried anything but doing it with daz Central :)

    From your product library in your account from the store. https://www.daz3d.com/downloader/customer/files. There are 3 ways to download products. DIM (Daz Install Manager), Daz Central, and manually. The most effective, robust, and usually lacking issues is DIM
