    Has the SATURDAY7 coupon stopped working for anyone else? I tried it out (but did not use it, as far as I can remember) earlier in the day and it worked fine, but now it just shows "COUPON NOT VALID". The banner's still up, and according to the time displayed, it shouldn't expire for another few hours.

    I have no new releases or still new releases on todays sales page, none. Does anyone have a working link to the correct page? I thought there were none new release today but then I saw some in the newsletter. Thanks in advance for help w this. I hope this is fixed by tomorrows page, I start each day w looking through the new sales page. I live in Sweden,  I tried on both Chrome and firefox. It was the same on my ipad on safari and safari on my iphone. I saw on twitter about the new bubble bath product and thought: this must be an error, due to release tomorrow, said at Daz now and I thought: NOPE! if this happened to more people it would naturally effect sales, as I don't go to the main page to look for new releases if none can be found on todays sales page, think I'm not the only one...I need my time making my art instead of scrolling endlessly here.

    Thanks, but that's the same for me, the first thing I see after the today only thing is the part about the code  DAZ-DOLLAR. The first thing after the today only. No newly mad, still mad ect. I hope I'm not the only one w this issue as why would they bother fix it if I'm the only one w problems sad. Maybe this ruins the newly mad deals also, since I have no newly mad from the page. Not thinking of bying one, but still.

    Thank you so muchheart. I'm seriously embarrassed now, I have had a lot going on today, and lately tons of worry stuff, add to that working pretty much 24/7 w my art every day of the week and have for years, my brain is tired and needs a vaccation lol. But now I see that they just changed the order, I think, as the newly mad releases comes after tons of other stuff, didn't they used to come after the today only deals? anyway, I now see them, even at the store link. How I could have missed them before I have no idea, either they were not there and it's fixed now or I need to rest and relax and catch my breath. Anyway, Thank you both so much for the answers heart, it was such a relief when I saw the newly mad and still mad releases just now, I was so scared my version at my end of the Daz store was broken, I need my daily Daz sales pages fix every day to function laugh.

    This product had the Interactive License option, now it doesn't have it anymore, why?

    This isn't the first time this happens on some products.

    I bought it before on sale to add the Interactive License when on sale as well but then I just found out that it is unusable for games productions now unless the Interactive License option is put back.

    Yes, we did confirm and report the isseu - unfortunately I can suggest only checking out now and opening a support ticket to request a correction, if you want to use the Tokens, as I am pretty sur there won't be a system fix before tomorrow..

    Flash Sale CHOOSE- FIVE doesn't work on Liloo. Or do you have to buy 5 items to get the discount? Then it should be mentioned in the promo...

    Please is that normal that the Bonus is negative for me ? I know the bonus was reseted this night (I had around +40 yesterday), but I don't understand why it should be a negative number :(

    Can confirm token reset did not work. I've gone from 40 to -8 tokens.

    I had 21 tokens left to vanish - They are gone and no negative tokens have come instead.

    Daz is aware of the issue, but it looks like it's a coding issue, so has to be addressed when Daz gets into their offices.

    I'm glad Daz might be already aware of it, as it's happened to me too, I'm sitting on -8 Tokens, like some others I was sitting on 40-ish before it should of been reset to 0 based on what we were told.

    And after spending for 8 tokens, it's now at ZERO :). The math seems correct, but -8 as starting point?

    I too have negative tokens. My guess is that it is because tokens "stick" to the shopping cart. In this way, they're unlike coupons. If you apply a coupon to a cart, and then remove whatever that coupon applies to, the coupon goes away. Next time you load up the cart, it won't be automatically applied. But if you apply tokens, then empty your cart, the next time you start to add items to the cart, the tokens will still be applied.

    So while I was moving things in and out of my cart yesterday, I applied 8 tokens (out of the ridiculous number that I earned by buying gift cards) to the cart, then emptied the cart. The applied tokens stuck around though, so when DAZ Midnight rolled around and all our tokens vanished, some piece of code said "This guy has 8 tokens applied to his cart, but he has no tokens, so that makes a balance of -8 tokens overall." Probably two pieces of code, in fact: one to track the current state of tokens in the cart, a second to track the overall token balance, but both doing the same naive math and going "8 tokens applied, 0 tokens available, equals -8 tokens."

    It's not possible for the user to resolve this by clicking the '-' or '+' buttons in the shopping cart. The '-' button, which reduces the number of tokens applied, will just increase the size of the negative token count; the '+' button, which would add extra tokens, does nothing ... because I have no tokens.

    Luckily, having -8 tokens applied doesn't mean that I get a -40% discount, which would be awkward. The logical conclusion of that would be that if you accumulate enough negative tokens, eventually DAZ comes to your house and starts removing content from your hard drive. wink

    No, they leave the hard drive and remove the house instead cheeky

    -8 tokens here, too!  Not buying anything until they fix this, because I see no reason to 'waste' tokens buying off the -8.

    I would expect the fix to leave any new tokens that should have been added, the issue has been reported and will add a note about the negative tokens adding to positive to leave a lower number just to be sure they are aware of the issue and check for impact.

    Lots of same DO items in both the BYOB and Mad Artist with BYOB overriding the discount in Mad Artist until there is 5 items at more expensive BYOB price.

    I usually pick everything I'm interested in first and then start cleaning out the cart, now the items picked from Mad Artists with better discount got more expensive as I was taking out the BYOB picked more expensive ones = Ie. you have to pay $3.79 for five items first, before you can pick cheaper ones from the Mad Artists...

    Have four Newly Mad in cart plus 8 tokens and I am a member. Items are DO, released before June 2018 => Mad Artists should give 90% off and they do if one has five items in the cart with BYOB $3.79 in addition to having four Newly Mad... Smells greedy...

    The short duration of the tokens simply does not work. Of course, there are also problems at the end of a longer term, but you have more opportunities to redeem them.

    If one buys a gift card on Monday, one has seven days to get rid of the tokens. One doesn't have to collect tokens by buying stuff at higher price.

    Last week I didn't make one purchase without having 8 tokens for the extra 40% off, made a purchase every day and twice on Sunday.
