Can't login into DIM or Daz Central, can't install manually too.

What's wrong with this program? I decided to update Daz3D a year after I installed it. It was a bad idea. I can login on the website but not in any program (couldn't login into Daz for a while too, worked offline) so I can't install it that way. It says my login info is wrong. I know it isn't because it works on the website but if I try to change password it doesn't send anything to my main.
I tried to install it manually but it froze at the end

... when it got to "Installing Content Management Service". Cancelling installation removed my previous Daz3D install. Now I don't have it at all.
Can't even edit on the forum.
Ending DAZPostgresqlCMS_9.3.4 process in Task Manager helped to complete installation. When launching Daz Studio it gives some error, but everything seems to work fine in offline mode. What does this app do?

PostgreSQL is the database used by the Content Management System - without some featues will not work, and others will not work fully.
