Render Setting - Change default values

There is a little thing that bothers me in DazStudio, in the Render Setting panel.
The default value for Max Time is 7200 seconds.
I almost always use the value 360 seconds and I would like it to be saved permanently.
The little lock only allows to keep the value for the current session.
How can I set this value once and for all ?

Set up a scene as you want it, save it, and then in Edit Preferences use the start up and Scene tabs to set it to auto-load (Start up controls what hapens at launch, Scene cotnrols what happens on File>New).
