IRAY Preview and Render Won't Work After Updating 4.16 to 4.21 on a Computer Idle Over A Year

I recently updated 4.16 to 4.21 on a compouter that has been idle 18 months. The system is running a GTX1080i. The only update for the drivers on GeForce Experience applies to Windows 11. Assets load normally and  appear in Philament [but IRAY Preview and Render Won't Work]. Thanks in advance.

So what is your driver version? Do you mean GTX 1080 Ti?

Highly likely the driver is out of date. My latest Win7 approved driver for my GTX1060 won't work with DS4.21, and no rendering happens at all. Regards, Richard.

Yes i'm running a GTX 1080Ti and the linstalled driver is 456.71. The latest is 526.98 which is set up for Windows 11. I looked through past updates - will explore further. Thanks in advance1
