Daz Install Manager (DIM) shows no files in Ready to download window

Since a little over a week ago [Daz Install Manager] the program doesn't show any of my products in the ready to download window. I've submitted a ticket for the issue but since I've yet to have any responses I thought I'd ask here if anyone else had a similar issue and if they found a solution for it.

Checking the log this is reported:
2022-11-09 17:35:57.154 [INFO] :: Network Error during authentication.
2022-11-09 17:35:57.154 [INFO] :: Unable to parse purchased products
2022-11-09 17:35:57.154 [INFO] :: Invalid JSON formatting while processing purchased items.

The problem appeared right after customer support refunded a purchase I'd made, no idea if the two are connected but thought I'd mention it.

  • First, what product(s) are you expecting to find in there? Although pretty much everything supports it, some items do not; iirc there are still a few "connect only" items (though very sparse).

    You mention an error... so what do you see within DIM itself? Do you get to see any installed products (3rd tab)? What happens when you click on the refresh button? Have you double checked your username / password?  Optionally tried to re-enter them using the "Account" option?

    Well, I expect to find all products in my product library that can be installed through DIM that are not already installed through DIM. They're all missing.

    In the third tab, I can see all the products I installed prior to this problem (uninstalling one of them does not make it show up in the Ready to download tab). Refresh does nothing except show the "in progress" bar as it refreshes. Yes, I've double-checked my username/password. I just tried to re-enter my account details as you suggested but it didn't help.

    Click on display hidden to see if for some odd reason they got hid. I'm doubting it but worth a try.

    Yeah, already tried it. Wasn't it.

  • I have had the same problem for a few weeks. The support could not help me yet...
