    Usually this vendor states explicitly if one of their products is a merchant resource, but contacting them directly is probably the best way to clarify.

    If you contact them directly and find out whether-or-not it's useable as Merchant Resource, if you'd post the answer here, I'd really appreciate it! Since I was wondering the same thing. Though until I hear otherwise I'll assume they're NOT merchant resource since they don't explicitly say it, and better safe than sorry.
