Is there a way (or is there a product) that allows you to maneuver in the viewport using traditional mouse/keyboard controls (such as Blender or Unreal) instead of the Daz widgets?

    If you mean mean modifier-drag in the Viewport then this is already possible - you can see, and change, the combinations at the bottom of the Window>Workspace>Customise dialogue.
