Converting Gen 7 to Gen 8 or 8.1

Is there a way to convert a character from gen 7 to gen 8 or even 8.1? I worked on character and didn't realize it was gen 7 until I finished up and I wanna make all my models gen 8 since that where most of my morphs are.

    If this is a mixture, in whole or in part, of add-on morphs are any iof them HD? That would be a partial block at least.

    I suggest trying this tutorial. Pause it where needed to make sure you've got all your settings correct.
