Error loading DAZ file with volumetric light in 4.5

I loaded a DAZ file that was created in 4.0 into 4.5. The file had a spotlight with a volume cone. When I opened the file in 4.5 I got this error. Any suggestions on how to fix it before I submit a help ticket?

    Did the Genesis Starter Essentials install successfully? That file is still in the same folder in 4.5 as it was in 4.0 (and 3.1), but it has a newer timestamp so installing DS 4.5 probably uninstalls the old version.

    Yes, as far as I know the essentials installed OK. I have full use of Genesis and the other files I've tried that I know come in the essentials. I don't understand the path name in the error message. What higher level directory is "support" supposed to be in? Thanks for your reply.

    EDIT: Oh, I figured out the path. It is in the program files, not the My Library! I found omSpotConeCallback.dse at the specified path. Is it looking for something other than a .dse file maybe?
