Render Window - Zoom?

Hello,

In the render window, is there a way to zoom in/out to get a better overall feel for higher resolution images?  I can pan fine and tried crtl/shift/alt scrolling without much luck.

I've probably overlooked something obvious ...

Thanks!

Hmm, don't really understand question, I use frame select and reset camera, example I would select eye, then frame select (Ctrl+F), to instantly zoom to eye, reset camera (Ctrl+Alt+R)  to view entire scene.

    Thanks for trying :)

After I have begun a render, the render window appears with a picture that is too large to fit in the window (due to it being a HIGH resolution).  You have panning ability, but from what I can tell, no way to zoom.  This is what I am after.

I know what you're talking about and I also wish there were a way to zoom while in the separate render window. In order to see the detail, I have to save the file, open in Photoshop, and use the Navigator to zoom. This is a hassle if you want to resume the render. In order to save the file without the render window closing, you have to go through the File menu -- extra steps for something that really ought to be a simple thing.

Are you rendering in 3delight or Iray?

Thanks Tobor, was hoping it wasn't just me being inept :)  Mike, it is Iray.

Both Octane and Reality rendering windows allow for this type of interaction during rendering.  Again, it is literally zooming the render image - nothing to do with 3d space.

If no such thing exists I may submit it (somehow) as a feature request.  Cheers!

Submit a feature request the same way as a support ticket, include the words "feature request" in the title.
