How would I make a real looking Genesis 3 character skin?

I look at the vast amount of characters being made for Genesis 2 and I find it is extremely rare to find a truly realistic looking character for my runtime... I had some really brilliant ones from a few rare artist that are brilliant but those old V4 characters aren't fitting on my Genesis 3 female..Can I save my girls or I'll have to figure out how to make one myself...

So what can I do to create an actual, hyper-realistic looking character since we have the technology.. we've all seen them in the Hollywood movies, what do I have to do?
