trying to reinstall daz 4.21 but IM will not uninstall it

is there another way to uninstall it?

is the method to uninstall then reinstall all through IM?

    it still says uninstall in "installed" tab and also reads ready to install in tab 2 but when i clicked on it to install the install fails
