I'm having trouble installing the latest version of DAZ.

DazCentral only instlls it up to 44% then stops. When I try agan, it starts at 44% then goes up to 50% an then stops. Any further attempts starts at 44% an stops at 50%.

DIM downloads it to 99% and then says Download Faled.

I've tried to uninstall the version I have, but when I go to Control Panel - Uninstall a Program, Daz doesn't show up.

When I open my current version of Daz, I only get a white interface.

Any help would be appreciated.

The white interface indicates that Daz Studio was still running when the enw version was installed. Uninstall it, through DIM or Daz Central if that is what you used to install, and then reinstall (assuming it will let you).
