Genesis 8 Female "Characters Folder" Not Responding?!

Hello,

  I got a problem with this Daz3d 4.20 and 4.21 with Genesis 8 Female. Ever since yesterday, I tried to go in my "Character Folder" but it keep on saying "Not Responding" and it takes way longer than usual to pop up. Even with so many characters in my drive, I still be able to see them right away instead of waiting. If someone knows how to fixed this problem please help me asap. Thank you.

My computer is Windows 10, I7-6700k, Geforce RTX 3060ti and I got 48gb ram. Also, I used my portable hard drive (WD 4TB) to use for my Daz3D.
