keymate help needed for noob.

First up is there a decent keymate manual? ive had a pretty good search and can't find anything useful.

second when trying to export as fbx I notice the anim doesn't go, do I need to some how bake the keymate frames to the standard timeline in the same way as you do with aniblocks?

if so, how.

I will happily read the manual cover to cover if I can find it.
