how to restore scripts

if daz opens and all scripts are gone is there a way to restore them?

Are the commands still in Window>Workspace>Customise, under Custom Actions on the left?

no just all daz commands

This happened to me last week as well on the top menu bar. I googled it, tried the custom action thing and it didn't work. I didn't update or anything, it just wasn't there one day.
