Are there any galaxy/universe props? I know there's a solar system prop and I was hoping to expand upon that. Thanks!

But if you're asking about a galaxy prop (as in a model of a galaxy), then I'm afraid I can't help you. I haven't seen one anywhere.

More often than not a galaxy model would be nigh on to impossible to deal with...it would either be too small to have decent detail or so large that it would unwieldly. There's plenty of great images from the Hubble telescope and other NASA/space agency sources (most US ones are public domain) that can be used as backdrops or have masks created for them and used as billboards. They won't have the problems a modeled galaxy would have.
