Why can't I get genesis 8 figure to load in Carrara 8.5 Pro?

Every time I try to open the file from the folder, Carrara crashes. I cannot figure it out. Any help would be appreciated.

    Genesis 8 Male or Female are not natively supported in Carrara, neither is Genesis 3 for that matter.  In order to get these figures into Carrara you need the MistyLara presets which ,as far as I know, are no longer available.  The only presets available are for Genesis 8.1 M&F, at Rendo
