Animate 2 Questions?

How does Animate2 determine what objects to put in the timeline. I have several items in a scene, but only three are listed in the Animate2 timeline window. I can't find a way to add other characters to this timeline so I can give them aniblocks. And even when opened as a separate window it only gives three rows for three items.

    What items are not appearing in Animate2?   Only figures will appear in the timeline, not inanimate objects like props or primitives.
