shape and posing morphs dont load anymore

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Suddenly all my morphs dont load anymore...

Even teen actors such as Brodie load with a adult head....

I installed DAZ new...  and also essentials 3... but still the same problems...

If i click in smart content on a morph and try to apply to a actor - nothing happens...

Any idea how to solve this problem ?

    Just the heads?

    If you load a 'blank' figure and hit currently used does anything show up?

    No it is not just the head....

    In brodies case the "full body" morph dial just changes the scale... 

    Victoria 6 absolutly nothing happens..... i think it is simple Gen2 fem shape now....

    Also all the finger, age, youth... other actors body shape.. morphs are not there anymore (parameters)....

    The only morph which is there is "navel"....  and that one works.. strange.

    That is beginning to sound like you have a nested content folder or a doubled data folder....post a screenshot of your OS file manager view of the content folders....(I could tell in about 5 seconds just looking at the directory tree....but you are there and I'm not laugh)

    Often when that happens, Studio will stop looking after the first one is found, unless there are other specific mappings...and mapping a content folder inside another mapped folder is asking even more trouble.

    yes - i cant find the runtime folder right now..... ok...looks as this folder just disapeared...

    Where should it be normaly in a standard installation ?...full path from c: ?

    Because i mapped C: mydocuments to D:something  a while ago (in the OS!)....  (but daz worked after that).... it can be that one of the last windows updates or daz updates messed up my folder mapping...

    solved: Brodie is a teen again - and victoria does look again as she is worth some usd smiley.

    i added the orignial path C:/Users/Public/Documents/MY DAZ 3D Library  to the content directory manager in daz.

    why my windows mapping dosent work as it should - is not a DAZ problem :-)...   i really lost my virtual libraries/documents somehow... but the content is still there---uffff smiley
