Bought V7 but would like to get Pro Bundle - any special ways daz handles that?

General policy has been [to the best of my knowledge] that one go ahead and purchase the bundle then put in a request [I always suggest store credit 'cause we know we'll spend lol ... ] for the price paid on the individual item PROVIDING it was a purchase made INSIDE the 30 day window. [after 30 days no refunds normally].

However BEFORE buying it, make a copy of your order and screengrab of the item in your product library and any other pages of proof because I have noticed that in buying any bundle that includes items I already have; the product pages with order information are updated too. You need your order number, date of purchase, price paid, etc. CS to "sales" ... and satisfaction is normally inside of a week if not hours. And to be very clear that it is an item duplicated in purchasing otherwise they will remove the item from your account and you'll have no V7.

If you used the Summer punch sale, you might want to submit a ticket first to ask if you'll have a problem returning the base.

Good catch! Yes there is that too.

If the sale price is good enough though, you wouldn't be the first nor the last one to be buying something in effect, twice.
