Is it possible to get someone to design clothes based on the dwarves from the hobbit?

I'd like to see, and would certainly purchase, outfits and hair based on the dwarves from the Hobbit (especailly Bofur's hat!). Weta has some very detailed pictures of said costumes that would probably come in handy in creating the textures.
