In your "My Accont->Product Library" here at DAZ site.

Search for "Studio 4"
For those that haven't 'purchased' it yet, it's here: https://www.daz3d.com/daz-studio-4-pro
Then as PerttiA says, it can be located then in your Product Library in your Account.
Depending on why you don't want to use Daz central there is also Daz Install Manager, there should be a link on the same product page as the direct download.
