Is deformer supposed to work with hair assets for G8F?

Deformer as useful as it is for clothing and other props seems not to have any effect on hair for G8F, I had a liitle more success for male hair. Is there only a particular type of hair that will work with deformers? Is there anything else I can use to manipulate hair in away a deformer would?

You mean dForms? Are they strand-based/dForce hairs? Others should have no problem.,
