Can't see a figure

First of all, sorry for my English. Also, Im beginner in Daz Studio. So, the problem is that: I bought a Space Living Room 01 asset, and I can't see the figures that I put on it. The figure exists but I can't see them. Also, I tried with another environment and then all works. Can you help me? Thx

It may be that the room is off centre and so the figure, in the default location, is outside it. Try clicking the figure in the Scene pane then use ctrl(Win)/cmd(Mac) F to frame it with the camera.
If the figure is outside the room you can use the translate Gizmo to move it in the Viewport, or if it is at floor level to the room you can delete it, then hold down Opt (Mac)/Alt(Win) and drag a new copy from the content pane - you will see a target icon showing where the figure will load when you release the mouse button, then the key.
