Copy Keyframes from one frame to a previous frame.

Am I missing something here? I mean, i know im pretty dumb when it comes to 3d stuff, but.......

I am trying to copy the keyframes I have in frame 3 to frame 0, but nothing is working. Everything (props, cameras, lights, figures) are way out of place when I move the playhead back to frame 0 from 3.

ive tried copy, move, save, delete, blah blah blah and all sorts of menu digging on the timeline for about an hour now, and for the life of me, I cant get frame 0 to be exactly like frame 3 without everything going all wonky. What am i doing wrong?
