Figure Parameters - Applying X, Y & Z scaling to individual body parts.

Just updated to DS 4.20.0.17 on Mac. Previously using Windows & approximately 4 year-old version of DS. Previously, in the parameters for a Genesis 1 figure, I was able to apply X, Y OR Z scale - separately - to individual body parts. I'm an illustrator and use the figures as models that I draw over & render in other mediums. This high level of customability - for example, making unnaturally long skinny arms - was an indispensible feature of Daz for my particular purposes.
In this newest version (still utilizing Genesis 1), highlighting an individual body part only accesses a universal scale tool which effects X, Y AND Z simultaneously which dramatically reduces the level to which I can alter the figure.
Any insight?
